The Dividend Growth and Income strategy seeks cash flow from a portfolio of 33 individual stocks and an option overlay. Capital appreciation is a secondary objective. The portfolio takes a disciplined approach to select stocks based on the dividend history, ability to raise the dividend, and opportunity for growth. The overlay employs a long-term, time-decay, premium-capture utilizing put credit spread on the S&P 500 Index or similar exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
